Kennedy-Campbell-2017Kennedy graduated from the University of Manitoba with an MBA in 2008 and started his career in the financial services industry in 2009. His continuing education has included The Canadian Securities Course, Mutual Fund Licensing Course (IFIC), LLP Insurance License (Life and Living Benefits) and he is currently working towards his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.

Kennedy has spent the past 17 years helping clients. Prior to entering the field of financial advising, he had a successful career as a lawyer. He has a passion for advising and providing clients with meaningful solutions which help them to reach their life goals. His experience, commitment and attention to detail were first developed in the practice of law, where he specialized in contract law, structuring of businesses, litigation, and estate services. This is where he refined the approach of evaluating a client’s specific circumstances from every perspective and possible outcome. Kennedy now brings this same due diligence approach to retirement income planning and estate planning, seeing his clients through life’s challenging stages – before and after retirement.

He views every client’s situation as unique and works together with them to put a realistic plan in place to attain a realistic outcome – all based on each client’s specific situation. He is process driven, structured and diligent in meeting clients’ needs and goals. There is no one-fits-all template that can replace uniquely crafted and personalized planning strategies. Whether his clients are saving for retirement, near or at retirement, require estate planning for the family or business succession, Kennedy will work diligently to turn dreams into realities, and problems into real solutions.

Kennedy is currently working with and being mentored by Daryl Diamond – a leader in the field of retirement income planning and author of Canadian bestselling retirement planning books. This working partnership has helped Kennedy to gain valuable insight and experience in the field of retirement income planning. Kennedy’s professional approach to financial planning includes:

  • Letter of Understanding/Engagement
  • Written Financial Plan
  • Ongoing review, service and monitoring to adapt your plan to changing times, circumstances, legislation and rules.
